source note: 永静军（1004-1122） 北宋景德元年（1004年）改名永静军。⑴治东光县（今河北东光县驻地东光镇）。辖东光、将陵、阜城等县。金初升为景州。⑵ ⑴《元丰九域志》卷2《河北路》：“唐景州。周降为定远军，隶沧州。皇朝太平兴国六年以军直隶京师 ，景德元年改永静。治东光县。”（中华书局，第73页） ⑵《金史》卷25《地理中》：“国初升为景州，贞元二年来属。大安间更为观州，避章庙讳也。”（北京，中华书局，第2册，第602页） 按：金初何时升永静军为景州，《金史》无明确的时间，现暂定为太宗天会元年（1123），待详考。“大安间”，暂作大安元年（1209）。
