source note: 中山府（1368年）（府级） 明洪武元年（1368年）十月属河南分省。⑴治安喜县（今河北定州市）。明洪武二年正月癸亥（1369年2月14日）改为定州，属真定府。⑵ ⑴按：中山府在元代属真定路，明洪武元年（1368年）改真定路为真定府并属河南分省，中山府当与真定府并列，同属河南分省。 ⑵《明太祖实录》卷38：“改中山府为定州，隶真定府。复以真定府隶山东。”（《明实录》，第2册，780页）
