嘉庆《重刊宜兴县旧志》卷1《山川》：“百渎港，在县东北六十里，港南属宜兴，北属阳湖，西为分水墩，有汛。”光绪《武进阳湖合志》卷2《舆地志二》太平乡，县东南七十里，《村镇》有分水墩。则分水墩时属阳湖县，即今宜兴县东北分水墩。
