清光绪《石门县志》卷1《舆地志·疆域》：雍正六年，巡抚李卫饬行顺庄之法，……今列其目于各都之下，而田圩之号、村巷之名亦并系如左：“崇德乡在县东北一里，辖……村九：铁店埭、……鹞子墩、店街村。”浙江省建设厅、浙江省测绘局编制《浙江省地图册》（上海，中华地图学社，1999年）有鹞子墩，铁店埭，在桐乡市崇福镇东北，即此。
