东汉桓帝建和二年（148年）以清河国改封。⑴都甘陵县（今山东临清市东北）。⑵辖甘陵、贝丘、东武城、鄃、灵、绎幕、广川等7县。⑶

⑵《太平寰宇记》卷58贝州清河县：“甘陵縣故城在今縣西北。”
乾隆《清一统志》卷132东昌府：“甘陵故城，在清平縣南。漢置縣，屬清河郡。後漢安帝改曰甘陵，移清河國治此。桓帝建和二年，改清河國，亦曰甘陵。”
