秦县。⑴治今河北武邑县武邑镇。⑵秦属巨鹿郡。西汉先后属广川国、信都国、信都郡，新莽时改名顺桓县。⑶

⑴后晓荣：《秦代政区地理》：“战国赵方足布有‘武邑’布，先秦文献未载。《汉志》信都国属县武邑，‘莽曰顺恒’，战国时为赵境内。从此赵币铭文可知，赵置武邑县，西汉沿置，推之秦或也设置此县，其故址在今河北省武邑县。”（社会科学文献出版社2009年版，第350页。）

⑶《汉书》卷28下《地理志下》，第6册，第1633页。
按：据《汉书》卷99中《王莽传中》：天凤元年（14年），“郡县以亭为名者三百六十，以应符命文也”。又曰：郡有内郡、近郡、边郡，“合百二十有五郡。九州之内，县二千二百有三”。（12册，4136—4137页）据此，姑作县在新莽天凤元年（14年）改名。",
