东汉桓帝永康元年（167年）廮陶国除为县，⑴此后巨鹿郡当迁治廮陶县。治廮陶县（治所在今河北宁晋县凤凰镇南），⑵辖廮陶、巨鹿、杨氏、鄡、下曲阳、任、南和、广平、斥章、广宗、曲周、列人、广年、平乡、南?等县。⑶三国时领七县：廮陶、巨鹿、杨氏、南?下曲阳、平乡、鄡。⑷西晋为巨鹿国。⑸

按：《续汉志》载巨鹿郡以廮陶县为首县，当是在廮陶国除以后。暂以灵帝建宁元年（168年）为迁治之年。
