  "source note" : "新安县（1129-1259）<br><br>金置。治所在今河北肥乡县驻地西北辛安镇。属洺州。元初省。⑴<br><br>注：<br>⑴《金史》卷25《地理中》（中华书局，第2册，第605页）洺州有新安县。<br>《中国历史地图集》河北释文云：“《金志》洺州统县九，新安其一，又在肥乡县下载有新安镇。新安县必是新安镇所升置，《金志》失载升县沿革，镇又重出，盖疏误所致。明清诸志皆不载新安县，唯记有新安镇，在肥乡县西二十里（见《清统志》广平府关隘、光绪重修《广平府志》卷十六关隘），即今肥乡县西辛安镇，或以为新安县故址。元初省。”<br>按：《释文》所考甚为清楚，当从之。置废年代，史无明确记载，暂作金天会七年（1129年）置，元世祖中统元年（1260年）废，待考。",
