  "source note" : "梁宁郡（554年—582年）治所和界线（钱林书编写）<br><br>西魏废帝三年（554年）置。治角陵县，即今湖北省京山县。（1）北周属温州。领有角陵、盘陂县。（2）隋开皇三年（583年）废郡为州。（3）<br><br>注：<br>（1）《隋书》卷31《地理志下-安陆郡》京山县：“旧曰新阳，梁置新州、梁宁郡。西魏改州为温州，改县为角陵。”（北京，中华书局，1973年，3册，893页）据《周书》卷2《文帝纪下》魏废帝三年（554年）正月：“改置州郡及县。……凡改州四十六，置州一，改郡一百六，改县二百三十。”（北京，中华书局，1971年，1册，34页）按：故作西魏废帝三年（554年）新阳县改为角陵县，为梁宁郡治。据清《嘉庆一统志》卷342《安陆府-古迹》新阳古城：“今京山县治。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，126册，13页）《水经-沔水注》：溾水“东流迳新阳县南”。杨守敬按：新阳县“今京山县治。”（《水经注疏》，江苏古籍出版社，1989年，下册，2416页）牛汉平《清代政区沿革综表-湖北省总表》安陆府京山县，即今湖北省京山县。（北京，中国地图出版社，1990年，237页）则故新阳县治，即今湖北京山县。角陵县，本新阳县，也当治此。<br>（2）王仲荦《北周地理志》卷5《山南下-温州》：梁宁郡治角陵县。领有角陵、盘陂县。（北京，中华书局，1980年，上册，467页）<br>（4）《隋书》卷31《地理志下-安陆郡》京山县：“旧曰新阳，梁置新州、梁宁郡。西魏改州为温州，改县为角陵。……开皇初郡废。”据卷二十九《地理志上》：“高祖受终，惟新朝政，开皇三年（583年）遂废诸郡。”为州。（北京，中华书局，1973年，3册，893、807页）“开皇初”，当作开皇三年废郡为温州。",
