"source note" : "齐康郡（502-589年）治所和界线
齐中兴二年（502年）置，属越州，梁大通中改属合州，大同末属南合州（1）。郡治齐康县，治所即今广东省徐闻县南五里镇。辖境相当今广东湛江市、廉江县、海康县、徐闻县（2）。隋开皇十年（590年）郡废，县属合州，改名隋康，大业三年（607年）州废，改属合浦郡（3）。

（1），《南齐书》卷14?州郡志上：“越州，镇临海郡，本合浦北界也。…宋太始中…启立为越州。…七年，始置百梁、陇苏、永宁、安昌、富昌、南流六郡，割广、交朱[土戈鸟]三郡属。元徽二年，以伯绍为刺史，始立州镇。”合浦郡，领县九：“徐闻，合浦，朱卢，新安，晋始，荡昌，朱丰，宋丰，宋广。”又，广州齐康郡领有乐康县。（北京，中华书局，1972年，1册，267-268，265页）。据《隋书》及胡阿祥《六朝疆域与政区》，齐康郡当属越州，其治所乐康县当为齐康县之误，齐康县乃齐改徐闻县得名。今作齐末中兴二年，置齐康郡，改徐闻为齐康作郡治。
《隋书》卷31?地理下合浦郡：“海康，梁大通中，分立合州，大同末以合肥为合州，此置南合州。平陈，以此为合州，置海康县。大业初州废。”（北京，中华书局，1973年，3册，885页）。
